How do I make a payment on a parking ticket?

Parking tickets can be paid online, by mail, or in person. Pay online or mail check or money order payable to the "City of Vista". Do not mail cash. Mail to: City of Vista Code Enforcement Division, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, CA 92084. What do I do if the vehicle described on the ticket is not mine?

Bring the citation along with a copy of your vehicle registration to the City of Vista Code Enforcement Division (1st Floor) of the Civic Center.

What happens if my car was not working and I got a street sweeping ticket?

You may submit a copy of a tow bill, a repair bill, or a parts receipt along with a written statement of facts to: City of Vista Code Enforcement Division.

What do I do if I forgot to put my handicapped placard up?

You may bring in a copy of your placard, your placard registration, and a picture I.D. to City of Vista Code Enforcement Division at the Civic Center. In lieu of paying the fine, an administrative fee of $25 will be imposed.

What do I do if I have already submitted a review form on the ticket and then I receive a notice for payment?
