The program provides up to 50% with a maximum of $3,000 reimbursements for exterior improvements to buildings in the Central Vista Business Improvement District. The Auto incentive rewards those who purchase new vehicles or single purchases over $20,000 between July 1 and December 1, 2009 with a $200 gift card which can be used at any Vista retailer. The second component to this program is the Holiday portion which will reward shoppers for spending $300 or more at Vista retailers during the holiday shopping season.
