ZUMBA GOLD
Thursdays, 2:45 pm - 3:30 pm
Saturdays, 9:45 am - 10:30 am
$39 Vista residents / $47 for non-residents - all eight classes
$30 Vista residents / $36 for non-residents - punch card for five classes of your choice
Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners, or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs, and arms with dance moves.

TAI CHI KUNG
Tuesdays, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
$37 Vista residents / $44 for non-residents
Learn and practice easy, circular, aligned breath and movement patterns. These shared moving meditations are designed to release conscious and unconscious stress-based tensions while improving body/mind/spirit balance, alignment, coordination, inner harmony, and heartfelt joy. These classes deepen awareness of personal grace shared in communion with each and all.

SOUL LINE DANCING
Wednesdays, 9:30 am - 11:00 am
$33 Vista residents / $39 for non-residents
$12 one day pass Vista residents / $14 one day pass non-Vista residents
If you like the cupid shuffle, you're going to love Hip Swingin' Blues. Make your body smile and feel rejuvenated while learning Soul line dances choreographed to popular R&B, Blues & Latin and more tunes.

POSITIVELY FIT
Beginner: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30am – 11:20am
Begin with a seated total body warm-up. Followed by a combined seated and standing segment involving hand weights, handled resistance band and rubber playground ball. Class concludes with a cool-down and stretch/balance segment with or without chairs. Proper breathing and posture techniques are taught.
Intermediate: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am - 10:20am
Begin with a standing rhythmical dance warm-up. Followed by a combined standing and seated segment involving hand weights, handled resistance band and rubber playground ball. Class concludes with a cool-down and stretch/balance segment with and without chairs. Proper breathing and posture techniques are taught.
