It combines body-sculpting techniques along with exciting Zumba music & moves for one calorie-burning, strength-training hour of fun. The Bootcamp helps improve your cardio strength as well as body strength and definition by utilizing your own body weight in different exercises incorporated into your already awesome Zumba Workout.

$46 resident/$55 non-resident (monthly pass / good for any class in the month purchased)
$6 resident/$7 non-resident (drop-in rate / good for one class)
