Where can I get help with problems of mold/pests or unhealthy conditions in my house/apartment?

Call San Diego County Environmental Health in San Marcos at (760) 940-2939.

How do I apply for mobilehome assistance?

To apply for the Vista Mobilehome Assistance Program (VMAP), your mobile home park must be an approved program participant. Current list of participating mobile home parks.

If you live in a participating park, you may apply for the program by submitting a pre-application. From this information, the City will determine your initial program eligibility. If you are an eligible applicant, the City will request additional information

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited funding, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.

For qualifying mobilehome owners, the City provides financial assistance on a monthly basis to help with space rent and housing costs. This assistance is paid directly to the park.
