Where can I get help for problems I am having with the manager/owner of my apartment/house?
• Call North County Lifeline (760) 726-4900 Ext. 226. They handle fair housing issues and questions, particularly landlord-tenant issues, for the City of Vista.

• Call San Diego County Environmental Health in San Marcos at (760) 940-2939.
How do I apply for mobilehome assistance?
• To apply for the Vista Mobilehome Assistance Program (VMAP), your mobile home park must be an approved program participant. Click here for a current list of participating mobile home parks.
• If you live in a participating park, you may apply for the program by submitting a pre-application. From this information, the City will determine your initial program eligibility. If you are an eligible applicant, the City will request additional information.
• Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited funding, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.
• For qualifying mobilehome owners, the City provides financial assistance on a monthly basis to help with space rent and housing costs. This assistance is paid directly to the park.
