Vistans ROC!
Vistans ROC! (Revitalizing Our Community) is the City of Vista's annual neighborhood revitalization program. The program teams up volunteers with homeowners to paint, landscape, and clean-up homes in specific focus neighborhoods. The tenth annual Vistans R.O.C. occurred on October 4, 2008.
Vistans ROC is a joint effort between the Vista Townsite Community Partnership and the City of Vista. More than 800 volunteers participated in this year's event.
