Project Area Committee

The Project Area Committee – or "PAC" – serves as an advisory body to the City Council and Communtiy Development Commission on redevelopment matters, including the Redevelopment Plan Amendment. Nine PAC members represent the following community stakeholder groups: resident owner-occupants, tenant occupants, businesses, and community organizations.

The City Council confirmed the PAC on April 1, 2008. The PAC is scheduled to meet on the third Monday of every odd-numbered month at 5:30pm in Council Chambers located at Vista City Hall, 200 Civic Center Drive. PAC meetings are open to the public.
