Downtown Mixed Use Project
In November 2007 the Community Development Commission of the City of Vista issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a 1.23 net acre development opportunity in downtown Vista. The City has since selected G8 Development Inc. as the preferred developer for the Downtown Mixed Use Project.
The project site is located in downtown Vista, on the southeast corner of Vista Village Drive and S. Santa Fe Avenue. Specifically, the site is bounded by Main Street, S. Santa Fe Avenue, Vista Village Drive, and N. Indiana Street.
This exciting new project will include for-sale housing, shops, restaurants, office space, and parking, and will help transform downtown Vista into a dynamic, walkable, live/work/play part of the City.
