Adult Men, Women & Coed Softball Leagues
The City of Vista Recreation & Community Services is now accepting registration for its Spring 2012 softball thru February 24 or until the division of play fills. Prospective teams may pick up and submit a completed registration packet our Civic Center (200 Civic Center Dr.) or click on "Spring 2012 Registration Packet". Placement games will begin the week of February 27th with league play beginning one week after. Standings, schedules and division updates are available below. Mens, Women's and Coed divisions are available along with different skill levels. Free agent or single players can be picked up through a free agent list we provide managers prior and during each season of play. All players must be over the age of 18 to participate in all adult leagues. A spring and fall season are offered annually for each sport.

Adult Softball Resources and Information
Managers are responsible for collecting league fees, rosters and communicating information to teammates. The manager should also be the main contact for the league coordinator. Managers will find the information below helpful in managing their teams.

Adult Tennis
For teens and adults who already love the game, know some strokes and have some knowledge of tennis. Come and enjoy further instruction from Heide Clay who gives you pointers on your swing and increase your knowledge of the game. Bring your racquet and a new (unopened) can of balls.

The Women's Tennis Club invites new players to experience doubles play at Brengle Terrace Park weekday mornings. Fees vary in regards to residency and member vs. substitute. With its easy-to-follow dance moves and motivating Latin rhythms such as Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton even Belly Dance and hip hop. Zumba is the most fun you’ve ever had working out. Zumba is offered the following days, times and locations. Punch cards are available in 5 and 10 class punches. The punch cards also work for the Zumba Toning classes.

Students learn how to use 2 1/2 lb lightweight, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs while maintaining the party atmosphere that Zumba is famous for. Punch cards are available in 5 and 10 class punches. The punch cards also work for the Zumba Fitness classes.
