Mural-in-a-Day | Saturday, August 7
The Public Arts Commission is pleased to announce an upcoming mural-in-a-day project with reknown artist Art Mortimer at Luz Duran Park on Saturday, August 7. The public art project was partially funded from a National Endowment for the Arts grant and the City of Vista's Redevelopment Agency.
