CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT DIVISION
The Engineering Department Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Division is dedicated to improving the quality of life for Vista residents. Through a diligent prioritization process, the CIP Division is able to identify facilities or infrastructure most in need of repair, locate funding through the City’s General Fund or outside grants, select the appropriate contractor to complete the work, and finalize the project for public use.
