JOHN CONLEY
John Conley has worked in local government for over 13 years and has been serving the City of Vista since 1998. Mr. Conley oversees Community Development which includes the Planning, Building, Land Development and Development Services divisions. In October, 2010 he was assigned Interim Director of Engineering, which includes the Engineering, Storm Water, Sanitation and Traffic Engineering divisions.
Mr. Conley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and a Masters in City Planning from San Diego State University.
