Notice of Unclaimed Deposits
Notice is hereby given that the City of Vista has unclaimed deposits as listed below which were first refundable between February 18, 1999 and December 22, 2006. Pursuant to Government Code 50050-50053, these unclaimed deposits will become the property of the City of Vista on April 23, 2010, unless the owners file a verified complaint in a court of competent jurisdiction claiming ownership of the money and serves the complaint on the City Treasurer.
