Marci Kilian
Marci Kilian has served the City of Vista since 1999. She oversees the City Clerk Department where her staff provides friendly, unbiased assistance in accessing information, both current and historical through a well-organized digital system, providing 24-7 online access.
Ms. Kilian holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from SDSU, Master Municipal Clerk designation from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and a California Notary Public certification.
