City of Vista Debuts New Smartphone App
Which Provides Opportunity to Report Issues
Today, the City of Vista debuted its new smartphone app offering Vista residents and other mobile users with a new way to obtain information and to report issues. The app, called “Access Vista” is providing yet another opportunity for residents to connect with the City.
Vista residents are able to report an issue with the Access Vista app by taking a photo with their smartphone, adding detailed information, and hitting submit. In addition, users can also track the request, see what other residents have submitted and if the issue has been resolved. The new app offers the following service request reporting categories: abandoned vehicles, graffiti, illegal dumping, potholes, street lights that are out or damaged, and other city inquiries. Access to city maps, public notices, a parks and public arts directory, and a calendar of events is also available.
Android users are able to download the app from the Google Play Store and iPhone users should download it from the App Store. Search for “Access Vista” to download the app.
